Job Summary The Medical Assistant will work directly with our rheumatologist and care team to provide high-quality clinical support, ensure smooth patient flow, and enhance the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced specialty environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:50am - 5:00pm Responsibilities Prepare patients for exams, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and clinical intake Assist providers during rheumatologic procedures Manage prior authorizations for specialty medications and biologics Maintain accurate EMR documentation and assist with chart preparation Coordinate referrals, imaging orders, and follow-up appointments Support patient education on medications, treatment plans, and home care Maintain exam rooms, inventory, and clinical supplies Provide exceptional customer service and uphold clinic safety standards Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an MA Certified/Regist...
