Bilingual Manager Life and Disability Claims Management

Location: Remote anywhere in Canada or Hybrid if close to an office

Compensation: Total target compensation (TTC) range $99,568 - $145,600 (salary and target bonus) applies to permanent roles only. Base salary within range is determined by skills, experience, and internal equity.

• Provide high-performance coaching and mentorship to develop and retain claim professionals.
• Establish clear, measurable performance objectives aligned with team goals; deliver real-time coaching and feedback.
• Deliver a comprehensive learning program for new hires and coordinate ongoing training.
• Facilitate daily interactions and team meetings to promote collaborative learning, reduce burnout.
• Drive file reviews for accurate decision‑making and adherence to contractual guidelines.
