Bilingual Logistics Customer Service Specialist

Charger Logistics Inc. in Querétaro is seeking a motivated Customer Service professional to build knowledge of our shipping products, engage with customers professionally, and provide track and trace updates for shipments.

You will enter and process orders, confirm pickup and delivery appointments, and coordinate with departments to clear paperwork. A college diploma or degree and fluency in English and Spanish are required; experience in logistics is a plus.
