Bilingual IT Service Coordinator — Remote, Flexible Schedule

NTI is seeking a bilingual, service-minded coordinator to manage IT service requests from intake to resolution. You will monitor incoming tickets, assign resources, and collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service to clients.

In this role you will use ConnectWise, BrightGauge, and IT Glue to track requests, adjust calendars, and escalate issues as needed. Strong English, 2+ years supporting customers, and excellent organizational skills are required.
