About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design engaging learning content for students. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Kannada, and have a passion for creating high-quality educational content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design instructional content, lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
• Translate and adapt educational content between Kannada and English where required.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and the product team to enhance curriculum quality.
• Review and update existing learning materials based on feedback and curriculum changes.
• Ensure content is accurate, learner-centric, and pedagogically effective.
