Our client, a well-established and growing organization with operations across Canada, is seeking a Bilingual (French) HR Generalist to support their Eastern region. This is a hands-on role ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety across the full employee lifecycle and thrives in a collaborative, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
  • Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters
  • Administer benefits and coordinate with payroll
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation across provinces
  • Support HR reporting, policies, and engagement initiatives
