Bilingual Field Tech Support Engineer (IoT/Hardware)

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive IT support contractor to manage client issues end-to-end in live kitchen environments across the Riviera Maya. You will diagnose problems, escalate when needed, and ensure solutions meet SLA while maintaining strong relationships with chefs and F&B teams.

You will install and maintain Winnow Vision hardware, monitor system performance, document knowledge, and contribute to KPIs. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
