Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end account opening process
  • Prepare and review Treasury and Payment Solutions documentation
  • Handle Entity Life Cycle changes, including:
    • Signatory updates
    • Legal name changes
    • Mergers
    • Address changes
  • Perform client information updates across internal systems
  • Upload and maintain documentation in SharePoint, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements
  • Ensure clear and qualified written communication (English & French)
  • Provide customer support over the phone, offering guidance and assistance (English & French)
  • Manage expectations and build strong relationships with Sales partners
