Bilingual Distribution Practices Consultant

Location: Remote, anywhere in Canada or if local to an office, hybrid – Kingston, Toronto, or Montreal

The total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $78,698 – $125,350. This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only. The actual base salary offered within this range will be determined by the successful candidate’s skills and experience, as well as internal equity.

The Distribution Practices Consultant supports the distribution teams in all lines of business by developing and delivering services designed to efficiently promote distribution partner best practices; meet the Company’s regulatory obligations; and manage risk associated with the Company’s distribution channels. The incumbent is guided by defined goals and objectives and works under the general supervision of the Manager, Distribution Practices.
