Link-Worldwide is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Product Specialist Level 1 to provide comprehensive customer support for the Omnipod product portfolio targeted at Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes patients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, navigate complex customer interactions, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations while educating customers on diabetes management.
