Job Description

Our client is seeking a fully Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and French) to support customer onboarding within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool for an Enterprise Organization.

This role is mandatory 5 days in office downtown Calgary, It is a one year contract with the possibility of extension.

Must have:

  • Experience as a Customer Service representative supporting customer onboarding within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool (ie as D, Salesforce etc)
  • Ability to write and speak fluently in French and English
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft office suite of tools.
  • Nice to have:

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
