Job Description

Our client is seeking a fully Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and French) to support customer onboarding within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool for an Enterprise Organization.
This role is mandatory 5 days in office downtown Calgary, It is a one year contract with the possibility of extension.
Must have:
Experience as a Customer Service representative supporting customer onboarding within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool (ie as D, Salesforce etc)
Ability to write and speak fluently in French and English
Highly skilled with Microsoft office suite of tools.
Nice to have: 
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
