**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Answer inbound calls
+ Provide exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans
+ Educate participants about their retirement account and features
+ Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
**Knowledge of:**
+ 401(k) or other qualified retirement plans preferred, but not required
+ Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
+ Salesforce preferred, but not required
**Skill in:**
+ Bilingual written and verbal communication (Spanish/English)
+ Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication
