International company looking for talent to join our team!
A U.S.based company that finances, buys, and sells used cars, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Delivering exceptional customer service in a highly professional manner while building and maintaining strong, close business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate support.
Schedule
- TRAINING 2 WEEKS: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00
- AM SHIFT: Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm; Friday and Saturday 8am to 5pm
- PM SHIFT: All week 11am to 8pm
- 2 DAYS OFF: Sunday + 1 weekday off
- 2 breaks of 15 minutes and lunch time 1 hour
Profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a Call Center environment.
- High performer with proven exceptional QA score in previous call center jobs.
- Customer Service oriented. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
