Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and digital community management
• Bilingual (Spanish-English)
• Proficiency in content management and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar)
• Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills
• Analytical ability to measure results and propose data‑driven improvements
• Organization and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
