Bilingual CDL Driver Recruiter | High-Volume Hiring

SOSA BPO is seeking an experienced bilingual CDL Driver Recruiter in Medellín to recruit CDL Class A drivers (OTR, Local, Regional, Port, or Dedicated) for a long-term contract. The role requires familiarity with DOT regulations, MVRs, and Clearinghouse requirements, plus high-volume, organized candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Profiles with prior CDL driver recruiting experience are required; delivery driver recruiting alone does not qualify.
