Bilingual Call Center Agent – Roadside Dispatch (On-site)

SRR Group in Chile seeks a Call Center Agent to handle inbound towing and roadside assistance calls, assess needs, and coordinate with dispatch. You will document interactions in the CRM, provide pricing and ETA, and ensure service quality while working full-time on PST schedule, on-site in Antofagasta.
