Bilingual Call Center Agent (In Person Work)

A leading fertility clinic is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to become the first point of contact for patients beginning one of the most important journeys of their lives.
What you'll do:
* Provide phone and customer support to patients.
* Schedule appointments and assist with inquiries.
* Maintain accurate patient records in CRM systems.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
* Follow service protocols and quality standards.
What we're looking for:
✔️ Advanced to fluent English (spoken and written).
✔️ Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Patient Support, Hospitality, or similar roles.
✔️ CRM experience preferred.
✔️ University studies completed or in progress.
✔️ Excellent communication, empathy, and organization skills.
