Bilingual Call Center Agent (Arabic/English) - UAE National

Independent Food Company in Dubai is seeking four Call Centre Agents to be the first point of contact for customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about products and services.

Applicants should be UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book and possess strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. Previous customer service experience is an advantage. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
