Job Description
An exciting, and rare, opportunity has come up in the North West for a Bid Team Leader, working for a leading law firm. Managing a small team you will take ownership of guiding the function to becoming the best they can be.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the firm to ensure the business wins the work it wants to work on.
- Build and maintain a robust Go/NoGo process to focus on relevant bids.
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues in all aspects of the bid process to aid with increasing the win percentage.
- Work on all manner of bids and tenders from major public sector frameworks to individual commercial proposals.
Qualifications
- Considerable experience at a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Manager level within a law or accountancy firm.
- APMP qualification or equivalent.
