R **ole Summary/Purpose:**
The Bid Desk Manager leads enterprise-wide competitive bidding events (RFx and e-auctions) across all business units. This role serves as a key liaison between Business stakeholders, Sourcing leaders, P2P/S2P teams, and Suppliers to deliver compliant, efficient, and value-driven procurement outcomes. The role owns bid event execution, governance and controls, stakeholder enablement, reporting, and continuous improvement—including identification of automation/AI opportunities.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
Bid Event Leadership (RFx / e-Auctions)
+ Serve as the primary liaison among internal requesters, Sourcing, P2P/S2P teams, and suppliers for competitive bidding activities.
