Role Overview
The Bid & Contract Manager will be responsible for organizing and managing all bid documentation, ensuring seamless distribution of project information, assembling bid presentations, and coordinating contract execution. This role is critical in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance from the pre‑bid stage through to contract finalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Download, organize, and save all project documents in shared folders for easy team access.
- Distribute updated drawings, specifications, and project information to relevant team members.
- Assemble and coordinate bid presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
