Maintenance Engineer
Electrical Bias Full-time role with a rotating weekly shift pattern Earlies/lates ( / ), every 5th Friday off GMP Manufacturing, Skipton If you're the kind of engineer who thrives on solving complex problems, keeping high-performance equipment running at its best, and being the technical go-to person on site, this role will feel like home.
As our Senior Engineer, you'll blend hands-on expertise with technical leadership, helping to drive reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.
What the role looks like day-to-day You'll play a central part in shaping the performance of our production assets-particularly where electrical systems, controls, and automation are concerned.
Your influence will stretch beyond the tools too: you'll support the Maintenance Manager, guide engineers and technicians, and help ensure the site is always inspection-ready.
