Job Description
Responsibilities
Coordinate and process all types of leave, including FMLA, personal, medical, and other applicable leaves.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company leave policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all leave cases.
Track leave timelines, eligibility, and return-to-work dates, and communicate proactively with employees and managers.
Help with day-to-day benefits inquiries and troubleshoot employee issues related to enrollments, claims, or eligibility.
Support annual open enrollment planning and execution.
