Benefits & Leave Administrator

TransPerfect is seeking a Benefits Administrator in Buenos Aires to manage employee benefits programs and assist employees with their benefit-related inquiries. Candidates should have a strong HR background with at least two years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

The role demands excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of leave laws such as FMLA and ADA. Preferred candidates will be proficient in Workday and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
