Benefit Analyst I
Role Overview Benefits Analyst is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ongoing clients. The role is focused on BAU projects delivery as well as BAU support. Colleague experience will determine complexity of assigned clients. This role is open to 50/50 hybrid working model from our Kraków office and is offered on a full-time employment contract.
What the day will look like
+ Responsible for the client requirements. Owning and maintaining existing requirements documents and file specifications, keeping them up to date and incorporating changes to policies and/or legislation.
+ Consistently work to review existing processes and identify change opportunities that will provide client value and support revenue goals.
+ Leading client projects and executing testing.
