Opportunity Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bench Technician with electrical equipment repair experience to join our Operations team based in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a permanent full‑time position. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

Testing, servicing, and repairing equipment, mainly pressure care mattresses and pumps, in‑house at the Arjo Auckland site.

Perform physical tasks requiring a fit and energetic person.

Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high standards of customer service.

Use electronic devices such as an iPad and computers for documentation and support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in 1st line repair of electrical equipment.
• Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) or Electrical Service Technician (EST) qualification and EWRB registration.
