Bell Desk Coordinator (Cabo San Lucas)

Location: Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is a 96‑room luxury resort with 61 residences, located in the tourist corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.

• Supervise the Bell Desk operation, including bellmen and doormen.
• Ensure arrival, departure, luggage handling, valet support, and transportation services meet luxury service standards.
• Train new team members, provide continuous feedback, and conduct standards tests.
• Guide Front Office Manager & Resort Assistant Managers in overseeing the Guest Services Department.
• Handle all guest interactions, resolve complaints, and assist with inquiries.
• Support bellmen and doormen in daily tasks to ensure a seamless arrival & departure experience.
• Collaborate with sales, catering, and other departments for special guest or group needs.
