Behaviour Support Mentor - Primary School (Taunton)
Location: Taunton, Somerset
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30 (Term Time Only)
Pay: £14.96 - £16.59 per hour (dependant on experience & pay type)
Prospero Teaching are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Taunton. This is a rewarding, full-time role supporting a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who presents challenging behaviour.
We are seeking someone patient, resilient, and confident in building strong, trusting relationships with children who require additional emotional and behavioural support.
The Role
1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil with SEN and behavioural needs
Helping the pupil stay regulated, engaged, and ready to learn
Implementing behaviour plans and personalised strategies
