We are working with a well-organised secondary school in Sunderland to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant for supply and long-term opportunities. £90 – £110 per day | PAYE | Depending on experience
About the role
Provide targeted behaviour support across the school day
Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need extra guidance
Support de-escalation and emotional regulation
Reinforce behaviour expectations and routines
Work closely with pastoral, SEN and teaching staff
