Job Title: Behaviour Mentor Location: Barnet Salary: £100 - £150 per day (DOE) Contract Type: Start Date: ASAP Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join our school team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting students to achieve their full potential, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with senior leadership, teaching staff, and pastoral teams to implement behaviour strategies, manage incidents, and support students with behavioural needs.
