Behaviour Mentor – Part-Time – Featherstone, WV10, Staffordshire
Start: September start | Role: Long-Term | Hours: Part-time
Smile Education is working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in the Featherstone area WV10, Staffordshire to find a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support KS1/KS2 pupils.
The Role:
Support KS1/KS2 pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
Work 1:1 and in small groups
Develop and implement positive behaviour strategies
Monitor progress and promote personal growth
Work closely with teachers, staff, and parentsWho We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting children with behaviour needs
Strong communication and empathy
Able to build positive relationships quickly
Confident in behaviour management strategies
Background in a similar role (e.g., TA, Youth Worker, Behaviour Mentor)What Smile Education Offers:
