**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for facilitating and adopting group approaches to enhance patient ability to learn new and appropriate coping and management skills for their respective diagnosis.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
+ PA Act 31 Child Abuse Training Certificate
