Job Description
Provide short-term psychotherapeutic services including individual, martial, family, and group treatment.
+ Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for patients seeking behavioral health services to determine need for treatment of behavioral issues.
+ Complete and analyze evidenced based screening tools and assessments.
+ Provides individual, group and family counseling for patients.
+ Along with patient, develop treatment plans for patient, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s), with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns.
+ Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care.
+ Completes required documentation and charting of patient encounters in a timely manner.
