Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW or LCMHC)

We are seeking a part time, experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians (LICSW / LCMHC) to provide behavioral health services to Level 1 referred patients in an integrated, primary care setting.

The Behavioral Health Clinicians are considered a part of the primary care clinical team. Clinicians must be comfortable with:

+ Independently assessing individuals with behavioral health needs and/or substance misuse issues;

+ Developing treatment plans/interventions for individuals with mild to moderate mental health issues;
