JOB DESCRIPTION Hourly Pay: $20 - $22/per hourAs a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work one-on-one or in group settings with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays. You’ll implement individualized Behavior Plans created by a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to support skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, play, self-help, and behavior management.
