A Beaver Leader (Scouter) in Scouts Canada helps guide and support children ages 5–7 through fun, safe, and engaging activities that build confidence, teamwork, creativity, and basic outdoor and life skills. Beaver Scouters plan and supervise meetings.

About This Opportunity

Your role as a Beaver Leader volunteer will be to support the Contact Scouter in running Beaver meetings, activities, and events within Scouts Canada. Beavers are youth age 5-7.

The meetings are 1-hour long, once a week from September to May, along with a few weekend events such as camps and community engagement.

The Contact Scouter (Main Beaver Leader) is responsible for overall planning and organization, while you (Beaver Leaders) will help supervise youth, support activities, assist with set-up and clean-up, ...
