Job Description
As a Beauty Therapist, he/she works on the sales floor assisting directly the customers; duties include greeting customers who enter the store, provide Pili Ani’s high quality signature Body therapeutic massage services, provide consultations and Pili Ani’s Signature Facial Treatments, managing the cash register or point of sale system (POS), and helping customers find products in the store.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve monthly sales target and hit target number of appointments for the day
- Maintaining a healthy KPI – UPT / ATV
- Follows proper grooming and guidelines as an ambassador of the brand
- Carry out Pili Ani body and beauty treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to
