Job Description
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Grocery Department Head, the Beauty Advisor is responsible for promoting products of the Health and Beauty Section to customers, executing the Customer Service Strategy, and achieving the sales targets.
You Will
- Execute the appropriate selling behaviors consistently to achieve results
- Achieve assigned sales targets including both regular sales and promotion sales
- Build client base through establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, follow-up on satisfaction of purchases and notifying customers of upcoming events/promotions
- Responsible for the HABA section merchandising maintenance, strictly follow the display guideline. Keep product and display clean and suggest product order to avoid out of stock
