About the job BCP Coordinator (Permanent, Banking)
- Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organization, including conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and driving continuous improvement to ensure operational resilience.
- Coordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments, collaborating with IT, security teams, and business units to ensure preparedness and effective alignment across departments, branches, and head office.
- Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, adapting continuity strategies to maintain compliance and ensure plans remain effective.
- Lead incident response communication and post-event reviews, ensuring timely updates, resolution of issues, and readiness for future disruptions.
