Your qualifications
We believe you will thrive in this role if you:
Have 2 - 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Designer, Product Owner, or similar.
Enjoy talking to customers, mapping processes, and getting to the heart of what they really need. Communicate with clarity, empathy, and a positive mindset.
Can translate insights into user stories, process diagrams, prototypes, or functional documentation.
Are familiar with agile delivery, but can also work with structured processes when needed.
Have experience with enterprise or business systems (ERP exposure is very beneficial).
Are open to learning about the world of cloud-based SAP extensions ( No technical knowledge needed but curious to fit on their language)
Are fluent in English and Spanish.
