Battery Electrical & Electronic Components Specialist

What You Will Be Doing

• Define component technical specifications and propose technical solutions.
• Manage the technical relationship with suppliers (consultations, nomination, and product/process discussions).
• Lead technical validations (internal and external) and track development progress at key milestones.
• Ensure alignment with the technical roadmap and contribute to the electronic components innovation strategy.
• Define technical policies, standards, and business rules, especially for traction battery cells.
• Drive continuous improvement of specifications and standards based on benchmarks, project experience, and new regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Electric / Electronic or generalist in mechanics with specialization in electronics. Mechanical, industrial engineering.
