Job Description
Our bartenders are responsible for creating memorable experiences beyond just mixing drinks. They stay current on trends, micro-local offerings, and guests’ evolving needs. They act as the host of the space, providing exceptional service beyond the bar, ensuring the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They build relationships with colleagues across the hotel and in the community to anticipate and deliver on guests’ needs. They maintain a professional appearance, follow company policies, protect company assets, and handle cash responsibly.
Successful bartenders work on their feet, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks (move, lift, carry, push, pull, place objects up to 25 pounds, reach overhead, bend, twist, stoop) while delivering high quality drinks and service.
