Minimum Requirements: Qualification: Diploma in Hotel Management Experience: 3 years in Bar operations Responsibility Areas: Preparation of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant Interact with the guests and assess their preferences to make recommendations Assist the F&B Manager to prepare Bar menu Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Comply with all F&B regulations
