Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma in Hotel Management
- Experience: 3 + years in Bar operations
Responsibility Areas:
- Preparation of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant
- Interact with the guests and assess their preferences to make recommendations
- Assist the F&B Manager to prepare Bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all F&B regulations
