Barrister – DIFC & ADGM Litigation (Dubai)

We are instructed by a leading law firm based in Dubai is seeking to recruit a junior barrister to join its growing disputes practice, with a particular focus on litigation before the DIFC and ADGM Courts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified barrister looking to develop an international commercial disputes practice within one of the Middle East's leading legal markets. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced litigators and advocates on a broad range of high-value and complex matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of litigation before the DIFC and ADGM Courts.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, skeleton arguments and other court documents.
• Managing case preparation and progressing matters through all stages of litigation.
