Main Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times and greet guests warmly in line with service standards.
- Understand the sequence of service and anticipate guest needs.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, escalating to the Restaurant Manager or Manager on Duty when required.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and wine list, making informed recommendations.
- Ensure prompt and accurate service of beverages to pool and restaurant guests.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails and prepare drinks on request.
- Assist guests with special or non-menu requests, responding positively where possible.
- Check and restock the coffee station before each service or shift to ensure smooth barista operations.
