Efficiency Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd Registration No. 2022/ /07 Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso-based drinks and teas. Operate coffee machines, grinders and other coffee preparation equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages. Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers. Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk and other supplies. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Experience & Qualification National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) advantageous. Previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant environment. Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
