Performs a variety of food and guest service duties under general supervision. This position makes and serves beverages and foods. They are responsible for taking customer orders and payments and creating a positive experience for all customers.

**Essential Functions**
+ Interacts with customers in retail outlets.
+ Follows recipes and/or instructions in the preparation of beverages and foods. Ensures a consistent quality.
+ Maintains an organized and sanitary working environment
+ Maintains proper quantities of production with appropriate rotation of product
+ Understands the necessary functions as opening and closing procedures, quality assurance of all products, and maintenance of equipment and cleaning procedures
