JOB SUMMARY
The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality espresso-based beverages, maintaining precise brewing standards and consistency, and preparing non-coffee beverages. Baristas must have a genuine interest in coffee, regularly taste espresso, and continuously refine their palate.
