Position: Full-time, On-site. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages.
• Speak and interact with both new and regular customers.
• Be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage items.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Assist shop assistants as required by shop management.

• 1–2 years in the coffee service industry.
• 1+ years in customer service industry.
• Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Energetic, friendly, love to smile, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service.
